Family Teddy

Hello,
I live in Canada and am looking for some help to identify my families bear. I know it was my father's and grandfathers. It has been passed down to the second born male for three generations but could be four. This might have been my great grandfather's teddy as well. The head twist arms and legs up and down. He does have a small hole in his foot and pretty sure he is stuffed with what looks like fine wood chips. My father had told me that he used to make a noise when you squeezed him he thinks. It does feel like there is something in the chest. Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you.
