Long Lost Teddy Bear

Long Lost Teddy Bear

Unfortunately, this is the only picture of Bear that we have. This bear was bought by my dad for my niece around 1998, 1999. He bought it in a toy store in an Atlanta, GA airport. I know he paid a lot of money for him, well over $50. He was accidentally thrown away probably about 10 years ago now when my sister moved, and we have been trying to find another one like him ever since. Problem is, we don't know what brand Teddy Bear he is. He was fully jointed and just had unique face. Any ideas on what kind of teddy bear he could be?

Me too
by: Edith

I feel your pain. I also miss my teddy bear named Wilber. I left him in my country when I moved to US. After years I asked my mom to bring him to me in her next trip but she told me he was long gone. She had thrown him away because it was too old, it was too old because he was very much loved. I miss him.

Unfortunately modern bears were made by companies that are here today and gone tomorrow. Without labels it can be very difficult to find another unless someone sees your post and has one like it. Lets hope this is what happens. Good luck with your search.
