Old and Weird Teddy Bear

Does anyone know anything about this bear?

-I bought my Teddy Bear from a flea market in Bulgaria a couple of days ago. The person who sold me the bear couldn't tell me anything about it

-The head is round with a round protruding snout

-the bear hasn't a nose, it seems that the peak of the snout was painted

-the eyes are missing but there is still some paint left around

-that's why I think the bear is "weird"- it is hard!!! whereas most of the toys in our days are pretty soft.

The bear is 39 cm /15 inches/

-Besides the fact that it is not soft like any other Teddy Bear ,this toy is not covered with plush. The material is some kind of textile covered with paint and something else. It seems like limbs are sewn manually and there are buttons on them. It seems that the snout is sewn as well. On the bottom of the body is written ”M.V.”

The only thing I know is that it is really cute , I love it just because it is not like any other Teddy Bear I have ever seen.
Hereby you will find some pictures attached. I hope they could help you to I.D my bear. I could even send you more photos if these are not enough. At the beginning I thought that the toy is made from leather, but when I took a better look I saw that this is some kind of textile covered with paint and something else.
Those materials give it a sleek look.
