My favour Teddy

Hi this is my teddy from my first Christmas (he’s 30 years old now) brought in 1993. I have named him Teddy Paul, if anyone recognise his brand/manufacturer I would be greatly appreciative of any information.

He has been everywhere with me and still in my life today, I wouldn’t be without him.
He was brought by my aunt and uncle, not sure if he was from Devon, UK. Or Birmingham, UK. His tags have came off with love and I remember it being a silky feeling. He has hard eyes and nose. Tartan bow and is soft. Not jointed. He is a blonde/light tan colour.
