1930’s Bear

by Alison Bott

All I know about this bear, is that my grandfather bought it when my mom was born in 1933. He worked in the UK but travelled for work to Europe. My mom replaced the eyes with buttons, back in the 60’s when I had it for a toy. It’s also had all four pads replaced, when they used to be leather. All four limbs and head rotate 360 degrees. I remember it used to make a noise. I can’t find any identifiable marks. I’d love to find out the manufacture and what I would have originally looked like new.
