90s bear ornament

Hey there long time ago (early 2000s) my mom for Christmas one year came home with a ornament for our tree.. it was a lime green teddy bear. It was about 3 inches tall and 3 wide , the bear had a white stomach patch with rounded ears that also had white center patches as well as the nose and paws.. sorry I'm terrible at explaining but there was a red tied string on its head to hang on a tree. I lost it a few years ago traveling but that tree ornament was my childhood friend and I was hoping you can help me identify so I can buy it back. I tried drawing out what I remeber please don't laugh just desperate to find an old friend.
