Can My Bear be restored?

Family bear:-
He was bought for my mothers oldest brother who died around age 4 (Kenneth)so we know he is at least 70 years old plus. No idea of maker
His button eyes are buttons from my nannas (mams mam) apron.
My mother has replaced his feet , paws and snout (one of the naughty family dogs had a go at one point)
His arms legs and head all move but his stuffing feels quite compacted but I’ll open and have a look.
I contacted Sue Pearson who said he was a bit too far gone
Anyone know anyone who might advise and restore?
