Chad valley chiltern hygienic toy circa 1975

This bear is 11” high and was a present to my aunt in the 70s, it is in excellent condition as it has been a bedside ornament, the tag is intact but I can’t find anything regarding its manufacture history. I’ve only ever seen one like it advertised on e bay which was quite tatty and they were asking £150 for it but I don’t think it sold. The tag has a C and M on it. I’m thinking of selling the bear so would like some history and an idea of its potential value.
