Daughter Bear

I’m looking for an identification about this bear. This is the only picture I have and therefore can’t look closer at the tag but was hoping someone could help me identify it? It looks like more of a collectible, decorative piece than a toy. It is wearing a pink and grey outfit with glasses. It is holding a sign that says “A daughter is the best friend you can ever have”. The tag seems to say “Donna T-“ and “Daughter Te-” though i cant make out the rest. any help would be appreciated!
