Help identifying this childhood teddy?

I’d love to have someone ID my childhood buddy, as I’ve never seen another bear quite like him, and while he’s still in good condition, I’d love to get my hands on a replica one day! If my memeory serves me correctly, I got this little guy as a Valentine’s Day gift from my parents when I was roughly 3 or 4 years old, which dates his purchase in February of 2000 or 2001. He was purchased in Ontario Canada, though I’m not sure at which store. If I had to guess, I’d say he might have come from Walmart, as my mother worked there around this time. His most notable features are the red heart sewn onto the left side of his chest, and a weathered red bow around his neck. He also has a red nose made of thread, and a little red smile, as well as black eyes ringed in red irises. He has no tags or brand-identifying marks. His colours have faded, but the best way I can describe it is to call his colouring almost like a watercolour effect of very pastel shades of pink, blue, green, and maybe a bit of yellow or orange in places. He’s got beans in his hands and feet, and stuffing everywhere else. I’ve done a little bit of googling to see if I can find any photos of this guy in his prime, but I’m not at all experienced with this sort of thing, and when googling some key words, I’m mostly getting results for Care Bears and beanie babies, and I know for a fact he is neither of those. Any help identifying my little buddy would be greatly appreciated! I’ve had him with me for over 20 years now, and I’d love to get my hands on one in newer condition, just for nostalgia sake, and that starts with knowing what I’m looking for I suppose!
