Hunter’s Teddy Bear

I am trying to find out about this bear but have no idea where he was made. He has a label on his tummy, a picture of which I have attached. I have done loads of research and asked many teddy bear groups on Facebook and other social media sites. I bought him from an antique dealer in Scotland and plan to give him a good clean up soon. He is an extremely handsome bear. He seems to be filled with sawdust and is quite weighty. I was told by the antique dealer that he is a Hunter’s Toys bear but I cannot find out anything about the company but I assume it is a British bear. I would appreciate knowing how rare he is.
