I don't remember getting my bear I just remember having it.

I have had this bear for over 22 years now. I've had it since I was a kid before I even started school. The thing is I don't remember getting this bear just always having it. I looked online, rephrasing my words and even attempting a backwards Google search but I literally got 0 results back. In the picture, he looks a bit thin for a teddy bear but I remember when I got him he was plump, his nose is hard and it used to have a felt like fabric on it but alot of that is gone now due to time, and he also has these hard black eyes. Can anyone pin point where this bear came from?
