I really want to find out what bear this is

Ive had this teddy bear for as long as i can remember and no one in my family remembers who gave it to me and when, ive just kind of always had it and i csnt sleep without it, so i want to find out where it came from and see if theyre still being made or if i can find another one online. hes soft and has soft fluff in him aswell as beanbag beans in his butt. he has a tag on him but its completely faded whatever information was on it. ive had this bear since maybe around 2003. his nose is hard plastic? and his eyes are glass maybe?
