I think this bear is old

Who is he?

This bear has what feels like wood discs which means it has moveable parts. It has glass eyes and a hand sewn nose. It also has a pronounced “bear hump” on its back. It has the area on the back seam that looks like it is hand sewn. It does not have any sewn claws. I can’t seem to identify what the stuffing is made out of. He is wearing a bow tie but I don’t know if that was an added item. I got the bear from a sale where you get items and then just give a donation for a charity. The teddy bear has all of the things that lead me to believe that it is old but I don’t find any thing that will help me identify it.
