Is this a Pedigree bear?

I bought this bear at auction in UK so know very little about him. He is mohair, had a stitched nose and glass eyes. He is articulated. Stuffing feels like wood wool. I thought he was similar to another bear I have which is Pedigree. Could he be Pedigree too? Interested in any other suggestions or ideas of date
