Is this an old teddy and dog?

I got given this teddy bear, it looks like an old one to me but not sure. The arms legs and head move some fur is missing on this poor little chap, but then it makes me feel that he could be old. I would like if someone could help me with move information about him. I also have and old looking dog he also was given to me he is like a terrier type with a brown tail and brown ears and I light brown neck line again has some fur missing but he has a red coller on. They both have a hard filling in them. All eyes and noses are in contact. So is they anyone that could help me with these beautiful teddys.
