Is this bear a Steiff?

Can anyone please tell me if this is a genuine Steiff Teddy Bear

He has a button, but it has either been re-attached or it has been added. He is straw stuffed, 14" and in reasonable condition.

He is meant to be 1910-1920? but he has a non working push in squeaker, I have never seen this in a Steiff before?
