Light brown bear

The bear is around 9 inches from feet to head. He has a light brown stitched nose and had black eyes with a little brown around the outside of them. He also has a rattle inside of him and has a cream/white oval shaped plastic logo fixed into his but with red lettering. Most of the lettering has worn of due to age and all I can make out is (‘s) in the first row and a huge “c” right below that. I’ve had him as long as I can remember I was born in 2002 so he is at least that old as well.
