Lisa Luthy bear

I have an old bear that was my great aunts. She was from Peoria Illinois and all I remember is my mom always said that this was one of the first teddy bears to come to peoria. It has a wire muzzle that looks factory attached and I have never seen one like it. Has the long snout that I’ve seen on older bears and no tag in ear. Felt paws and feet, nose looks like darker brown material with red stitching on sides and bottom. He is about 21” tall , arms are about 11”, legs about 10” and seems like the head does not want to swivel but feels like there are discs in there like arms have so may just be stiff. I would call the color light brown. Red nose stitching continues down to form his mouth. Looks like an inverted Y. Stitching on body goes down the back and ends by his privates. He also has hole in left arm at top of paw that may be designed to hold something . Looks stitched around it.
