Looking for a long lost friend,

Hi All,

I am looking for a long lost friend. This little friend with me almost 40 years back and I am hoping to find a similar bear like I used to have to glue back a memory.
Maybe you know what brand or how he was called that might help me in my search. He had a blue suit with white details and was about 40 cms long ? :)
I do hope someone can help me find one or point me in the right direction.

The was in the 80s so that could be correct!
