Mystery Bears Big and Small

After my grandpa passed
We went through his barn that was passed down by his dad , as we dug we came across two bears in a bin.. pretty
Much the same but different sizes . Sounded like there was a wood ball or something in them. Just
Trying to see who the maker is and the year ! I’m nee at all
