Mystery Teddy Bear

Purchased as a gift recently, would like to try and find out a bit more about him before I gift him.He is 22cm tall made of mohair that looks like it has been shaved to emphasis his facial features. He is fully jointed with yes no head mechanism controlled by a metal lever in his back that I assume was once covered in fur.He has flat feet covered in a felt like material but hand pads are not covered just shaved mohair. He has no stitching on feet or hands .Body is very solid ,no makers labels or marks to find.He is dressed in trousers and braces made of a velveteen material. His eyes are set into darker surrounds and a shaved and mounded form. The eyes are glass and very realistic in pictures they look very blue but depending on the light seem to be a mix of blue, purple and blown .The muzzle and ears look to have been purposefully shaved to give facial features. Nose is embroidered. The head is fairly small but in proportion to body. The arms and legs are fairly long.He does not make any noises. Was purchased from eBay from someone who had also purchased him from ebay so could not tell me anything about him other than he was quite old.Although his head is quite loose the yes no feature works fine and the fur is still fairly thick with no obvious bald patches ,only obvious sign of wear and tear is the missing tail cover so unsure if this is an old bear or an artisan aged bear.It is certainly very well made and very unusual.Have looked on several sites and can find nothing that looks like him

Looks like he may be what is known as an artist bear. This means that he was made by an individual teddy bear creator. Unfortunately I do not know who as there are many.

Hopefully someone else may be able to help.
