Old bear bought from goodwill

So today I was at goodwill when I found this old bear I don’t know where hes from and I wanna know the brand and price hes in pretty good condition no tears or anything his arms are moveable just like any old bear I google to find him and he’s got glass eyes with a metal cord holding it in I can’t tell if somebodys grandma made it for them or if hes worth something either way I think hes very pretty please help me identify him
