Old white bear

Very tatty teddy bear

Very tatty teddy bear

I don't know when it was bought or where. My best guess is in the UK. It was passed from my grandmother to my mum to me so I'm guessing he's definitely more than 25 years old but could be as much as 50. He's been through several dog attacks and lost his nose a bit on his left ear a lot of fluff from inside and a lot of fur off the outside (Trust me he used to be white)

Please help me find where he came from!

I hope someone can help you with this bears identity. I,ve never quite seen one like it before. the fact that the head is so much bigger than the rest of him is very unusual. But then again many teddy bears have been made especially from the 1950's onwards.

Russ Berrie Butter Bear

This is a Russ Berrie Butter Bear, I love them and they are quite rare! If you google them you can see that they originally had pink ribbons around their necks.

Fairly certain this is a Russ Berrie Butter Bear. Definitely started a lot whiter, but clearly very well loved!

No idea of brand sorry. Don't remember there ever being a label. I'll have gotten mine in Scotland 1997

Looking to restore
by: NYteddy

I have this same teddy bear from my childhood, a family friend gave it to me when I was born in 1996 on New York. I’m trying to find out what brand it is and I’m trying to restore it. Any clue of the brand?

He’s very cute. Looks very similar to mine. Mine doesnt have a tail. Its nose pinkish. Also mineand got attached before from animals when I was young. I am curious as to what brand and make or some sort of origin. I got mine in 1992 ish. I am also trying to find bears similar to this one.
