Pink teddy

Pink teddy - Him currently

My childhood teddy is dear to me. He is part of my childhood, but i wanna see what he used to look like since i dont have any memory of him still being fluffy and soft with his nose showing along with his smile (his fur is matted up to the point that i cant see his nose or smile, and i didnt know until recently). Could you pretty please help me identify him? He is a light pink and he used to be very soft, and he has a slightly darker pink bowtie right below his head. He has sewn in black eyes with white as a highlight.
