Possibly Old Vintage Bear?

My mum found a stuffed bear at the local thrift shop to give to my dog for a toy. It looks old, it’s fur is dated white colour that is soft to the touch. If i squeeze the bear, it feels tough, not soft inside, and it’s eyes and nose are made from plastic. It doesn’t have a tail. It’s paws are a different material, cream in colour, and have three individual stitchings per each paw to show the ‘fingers’ of the bear. It’s limbs move on their own with what feels like a rotation disk. The ears are soft and individually sewn on. There aren’t any tags.
