Red Teddy Bear identity

This is a 3" tall, red teddy bear with moveable limbs and padded feet. It's eyes, nose and mouth seem to be made of thread. The bear is a stuffed with something in velvety smooth red cloth. The padding appears to be vinyl or leather. He does have a gold spot on top of his head as if maybe he is supposed to be a Christmas tree ornament? Any info you can give will be greatly appreciated.
