Teddy Bear Pulled from a skip..

Hello, I pulled Ted from a skip about 8 years ago, such a cute little bear, Unfortunatly his eyes are now stitched, he has a wonky nose and bare skin with some tufts of fur.

There is a solid disc shape in his chest (rightish side). It makes no noise nor does it move, but its there!

All limbs including head moves, no labels or anything attached

Any ideas on his history. He will stay with us forever, as i always remember that day seeing his paw sticking out of the skip and me pulling him out, hence no more skips for Ted, Thank you :)
