Teddy with Chiltern similarities

At a glance it looks like a Chiltern. No tags or branding. It has a black stitched nose connected to a straight-lined mouth. The paws each have 3 stitched claws. The head and limbs swivel. The golden fur is smooth with the grain, course against the grain. Snout fur is shorter than the body fur. Head is firm, body filling is not lumpy. I'm questioning if it's a Chilter because of its black eyes (not glass?) surrounded by felt-like material, and has a tiny red stitched tongue. Thanks in advance if anyone can help me ID this bear.
