The bear my dad left.

Hi everyone. If your reading this thanks for taking the time to have a look. I was hoping someone could help me with info on a bear I found in my dads belongings after he recently passed. I think it may be an Australian Emil bear from what’s left of the tag? But can't be sure. He is quite big and very solid and has jointed arms and legs. His fur is kind of ruff feeling and his eyes look like they may have been replaced but again I’m not sure. Collecting teddy bears was not something he did so I'm assuming it meant something special to him for him to have kept it. Any help would be appreciated and a value, if any, would be interesting to know. Thanks again for taking the time to read if you have gotten this far.
