Trying To Find A Teddy Bear

I am trying to find out about a teddy as a surprise for a friends 40th she would love to find the exact same bear to buy if possible.
I have very little to go by and a photo that shows part of it.

The photo is from the 80’s. She remembers it from new. It is a stuffed dog toy, long dark brown ears, light tan face with a white nose & forehead. The legs are the same dark brown as the ears with the arms the light tan colour. The eyes looks like beads/marble . It had a red and white thick striped body.
Very similar looking to the VTG ELKA TOYS PLUSH PUPPY DOG
