Trying to find my childhood bear online

I was born in 2004 and I want to find my bear online. The only name I ever remember calling him is cuddles. He has short fur and a light pink. On the paws on his bottom legs on the left it says “My 1st teddy” and on the right one it had a pink pacifier patch. He has small black fabric eyes, and a fabric small brown nose, and a one string smile that’s light brown. My mom thinks my dad may have gotten him in the hospital gift shop. I was born in reading pa.
