Value of my bear, please.

Hi,
My bear was my father's who has unfortunately passed, I have had the bear my self since I was a baby and I am 40 this year.
He is 11.5 inch long, arms are 4.5 inch long, legs are 5 inch long. He doesn't seem to have any eyes? He has moveable arms, legs and head, he is a beige colour with brown paws and feet with a black nose and mouth.
I would say he is not teddy bear material but he has fuzzy hair all over.
Iam not sure what he is stuffed with but he feels firm.
He has a small tag coming from his left side of his Body with blue writing, I cant read the first line? Then it say made in ENGLAND by The Chad valley co LTD.
