what teddy bear is this?

Hello, i have this teddy bear i got when i was born and i named her coco. I remember there used to be a tag on her and I’m pretty sure it said “Snookums” or something like that. She’s pink and white striped, laying on a stripy pillow and she has paw prints on her leg. The nose came apart one day so we sewed over it with a bright pink cotton. Next to her right ear she used to have a bow but it’s been taken off. Can anyone identify this teddy bear please?
